While thoroughly at home amongst the fresh, new producers on the scene, upfront jump up starlet Modified Motion in fact has a compehensive grounding in the scene that dates back to the mid 90’s. The frequency and ease with which his music has dominated the rave dancefloor in recent years consequently demonstrates a skill in keeping his finger on the pulse in a fashion that many older producers have tried & failed, and it is of little surprise that his profile steadily grows in stature with every tune he rolls out either on the decks or from the studio.

Toronto's own Hydee releases a preview of his collaboration with Stickbubbly.

If you're from Toronto and are in the dubstep scene then you know Hydee. His name has been chanted throughout tons of bass-hungry crowds and may as well be a househould name. He recently started some production work with business partner Stickbubbly and are working on a remix ep due to high demand. You can check out a clip below. This remix is part of a 4 track remix EP which is said to be released sometime in May, 2012. Much respect to this sexy man.

Ruben Reyes AKA Hydee originally a drummer since the age of 11 got into the drum n bass scene at age 17, first hearing Stevie Hyper D, he took on the skill of mcing, started writing lyrics! After a few years of mcing, he took it upon himself to start spinning, and found a new love! Only within the last 3 years has he turned onto the dubstep side and since then he has been making a name for himself in the Toronto and Canadian dubstep scene. Hydee also has aspirations, to go into the American market in the near future and possibly go internationally. Since then Hydee has spun with and mc'd for dj's such as Rusko, Caspa, Skream, Benga and Datsik, Excision, Bassnectar, Doctor P, Flux Pavilion, Nero, Dj Zinc, Skrillex, Borgore, Cookie Monsta just to name a few.

More recently Hydee got into the production side of things this past year, with his new mentor Stickbubbly, taking him under his wing and showing him all there is to know for making Jump up and Dubstep and getting a vinyl release out on 6bloccs LA label (I DUBS) for the Forgot about Dre Remix he did with Stickbubbly thats been sold world wide. Now running The Business with Stickbubbly, Chilton Gaines and Everest and also on the Embrace DJ roster spinning at all there major dubstep events in Toronto aswell as Embraces official MC/Host this man will for sure not disappoint. This man has also recently been inducted into the Bassmentality crew as regular DJ as well as there official MC with the ranks of Zeds Dead and The Killabits, this musically skilled man knows how to hype a crowd, this man is known for high energy bass boosting music that makes the crowd go bonkers, so get ready for this Triple Threat combo to come out with some killer tunes, dubs and lyrics to make the party jump all night!

Hailing from London, 18 year old DJ / Producer Dream has been causing a stir amongst Dubstep enthusiasts the world over with his fresh, energetic approach to the now universally recognised UK dance genre.

The phrase "the next big thing" gets banded around all too often, however in this case it is more than apt. In recent months, the hype around his music has kicked up a gear with dubstep luminaries such as Benga & Skream, N Type, Chase & Status, Rusko & many more supporting his room shaking productions.

With remixes already under his belt for the likes of 679 recordings (OhMy ft. OGz), The Wideboys, Marco Del Horno and more his sound is far reaching, and all this before his debut release on Heavy Artillery UK this summer.

Dream has performed live for some of the biggest promotions in the UK, alongside a host of A-list artists, including Andy C, Major Lazer, Katy B, Nero, Shy FX, DJ EZ, Ms Dynamite and Professor Green, and is looking to take the rest of Europe & the U.S by storm in the coming months. Things are going to be busy for this rising star to say the least.
